Our first data center built on the Data Ranch campus takes full advantage of the infrastructure, offering:

- Private data suite starting from 2,500 SF, featuring hard walls and secure, private access
- 12+ megawatts of available power to Phase I, with independent redundant dual feeds
- The only purpose-built, carrier-neutral data center in the Central Texas region
- Fully concurrent maintainable N+1 to 2N+1 design
